Swarthmore Town Center, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)6 organization whose purpose is to stimulate economic development in the town center of Swarthmore, promote and plan community events within the town center and physically enhance the business district. The program seeks to strengthen the sense of community, promote the downtown as an exciting place to live, shop and invest, improve the appearance of the downtown, and strengthen existing businesses and help recruit new and diverse businesses to the Borough.
The program is managed by a board of directors:

- Ross Schmuki (Borough Council Rep.)
